Key features

The Specialist, providing services based on a Proxy agreement, has access to company benefits and days off from service provision, unless the agreement states otherwise.
The Specialist may be required to provide services at the Client's premises, remotely, or in a hybrid model.
The Proxy agreement can be concluded for a fixed or indefinite period.
The Intermediary settles accounts with the Client based on a flat rate or hourly reports.
The Specialist is cared for by the Intermediary's administrative team.

When to use

In cases where the Specialist would like to be employed on a B2B contract basis, but the company's internal regulations do not allow for this form of employment
