The Challenge

The cosmetics brand aimed to strengthen customer loyalty and engagement by introducing a digital loyalty platform. Bravehearts, the client’s marketing agency, was looking for a technology partner to design and deliver the application, scalable across multiple markets (including Poland and multinational environments), within a short timeframe and with significant reach.

The Solution

In collaboration with Bravehearts, Develocraft defined the application’s key functionalities: user account management, point collection and redemption, receipt upload, quizzes, and other engagement features.

We designed a clear roadmap and delivery timeline. Since most target users access digital platforms primarily on mobile devices, we optimized the web app for mobile use (as native apps proved less practical in terms of budget and timing).

To further drive adoption, we launched a teaser landing page before release and implemented both English and Polish versions of the app to cover the widest possible audience.

The Results

  • In just 5 months, the platform attracted over 16,500 active users.
  • Users actively engaged with the platform, supporting long-term retention and repeat purchases.
  • The mobile-optimized interface proved crucial for the 16–25 age group, where mobile is the dominant channel.
  • The platform successfully handled additional KPIs, including fraud prevention and user scalability.
