The Challenge

Menu Technologies already operated in the omnichannel ordering space, integrating orders from kiosks, apps, social media, and delivery platforms into a single data hub.

One of their enterprise clients needed a scalable solution for their marketing team — a platform to build and launch landing pages autonomously, without IT bottlenecks, while supporting massive traffic.

Key requirements included:

  • handling millions of unique daily sessions,
  • multi-tenancy for multiple teams,
  • multi-language support for international markets,
  • advanced roles and permissions management,
  • static content generation for maximum performance.

The time frame was tight: a working MVP was required within 30 days.

The Solution

Develocraft’s team designed an architecture based on Jamstack with static site generation (SSG) to maximize performance and reliability.

Headless WordPress was chosen as the CMS because it provided the best fit among the evaluated platforms — supporting multi-tenant setups, multilingual sites, fast integration, and a mature plugin ecosystem.

The solution was structured around three core layers:

  1. CMS — manages content, branding, and language versions; generates JSON files as data sources.
  2. Builder App — processes JSON into frontend components (based on Nuxt.js).
  3. Frontend — served as static HTML/JS via CDN.

The infrastructure leveraged AWS services:

  • EC2 for hosting the CMS and Builder App,
  • S3 for file storage,
  • CloudFront for global content delivery,
  • Lambda@Edge for custom HTTP redirects (301/302).

The MVP was delivered in just 20 days (10 days ahead of schedule), followed by iterations to expand the component library and enable full multi-tenant capabilities.

The platform later became the foundation of Menu Technologies’ own marketing website, further validating its scalability and usability.

Achieved top scores in Google Lighthouse audits, proving excellent performance.
