While executing its global growth strategy, Alfa faced a key challenge: the need to build a new technology center in Europe. Their goal was ambitious—to hire over 50 top-tier IT specialists within five years. However, their first attempt, located in Portugal, encountered a significant barrier: difficulty in sourcing the right talent.

Carrying the lessons from this experience, Alfa approached Develocraft through a referral. Their need was clearly defined:

The initial priority was to build two teams:

A HostOps Team working 24/7 on a strategic SaaS cloud product.

Java Development Teams to work on the company's flagship product, Alfa Systems.

3. A Tailored Partnership

Understanding Alfa's need for a single, fully responsible partner, we proposed an exclusivity-based cooperation model with a dedicated recruitment team. Develocraft became the official and sole recruitment arm for Alfa in Poland.
