What are the terms of the referral program?
The amount of the referral bonus depends on the candidate’s experience in the IT industry — it is 3000 PLN gross for candidates with up to 36 months of experience and 5000 PLN gross for those with more than 36 months of experience.
The bonus is available to participants who meet the program’s rules. It is paid in two equal installments of 1500 or 2500 PLN each.
The first installment is paid once the referred candidate starts their trial period and is still employed on the payout day. The second installment is paid if the candidate’s contract is extended beyond the trial period.

What kind of candidates do you work with?
We primarily collaborate with candidates who have IT experience confirmed through commercial experience and/or relevant degree.
If you lack commercial experience or relevant education, your profile may not be added to our database — we aim to match candidates to the requirements of our clients’ projects.
How long does the recruitment process take?
A typical process takes from a few days to a few weeks, depending on the project and the number of steps on the client’s side.

Can I apply for more than one position?
Yes, you can apply for as many roles as you like. Our recruiters will review your CV with all current projects in mind.
Do you offer remote work?
Many of our projects allow 100% remote work or a hybrid model.

What types of contracts do you offer?
Depending on the project, you can work under:
- B2B,
- Employment contract (UoP),
- Contract of mandate (UZ/Civil Law Contract — less common).

Will I receive feedback after applying?
We contact candidates whose profiles match the requirements of the role.
If your experience aligns with the project’s needs, we will reach out to discuss next steps.
If you move forward in the process, we provide feedback after the interview stage and once the client makes a decision.
Is the recruitment process conducted in Polish or English?
It depends on the project — most conversations are held in Polish, but many processes include English elements, especially when required by the client.
Regardless of the role, we perform a short English language check during every interview to assess your language level. Some positions do not require English at all — in such cases, this element is minimal or symbolic.
