Currently we are looking for a new colleague who will join our team of excellent Craftsmen and will be working close with our CEO and help us to grow as Senior Account Executive


  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound activities and pre-existing relationships. We have a proven process in outbound
  • Proactively build and improve on the sales processes, working collaboratively with the delivery team to build an outstanding customer experience
  • Drive prospects to close by thoughtfully addressing client pain-points with a customer-centric approach
  • Create a full feedback loop with the delivery team by advocating for customer needs and concerns
  • Manage a sales pipeline from prospecting to close, prioritizing leads effectively, and communicating any challenges or wins to the team
  • Be future thinking, laying the groundwork for a high-growth sales team, as well as, providing insights into critical next hires more broadly
  • Alongside our team, use your initiative to solve problems and seize opportunities, seeking to make your own unique contribution to growing the business


  • 4+ years of experience in software sales
  • Phenomenal English skills
  • Understanding of technology and how it can benefit a client
  • Experience in working with foreign customers from EU and US
  • Good problem solving and conflict resolutions skills
  • Understand clients needs and expectations
  • Strong ownership
  • Proven track record of delivering over 50k - 250k EUR per project
  • Understanding of IT/software development
