Agile Project Manager

We are looking for a new colleague to join our team of excellent Craftspeople as a Agile Project Manager You will be responsible mainly for planning and coordinating international IT projects.
Responsibilities:
- Define project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value
- Organize and be responsible for project status and working meetings
- Prepare and distribute progress reports and keep track of a budget
- Responsible for risks management and issues management
- Responsible for uncovering & correct deviations from plans
- Ensuring that goals, scope, and product domain are understood by everyone on the Scrum Team as well as possible
- Product Backlog management (with Product Owner)
- Actively moderate defining of Sprint Goals and it’s delivery
- Support the Client in managing customer expectations for project deliverables
- Managing stakeholder communications
- Facilitating Scrum events as requested or needed
- Build a sense of ownership
- Ensure that each team member is fully engaged in the project and making a meaningful contribution
- Encourage a sustainable pace with high-levels of quality for the team
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager managing projects in a high-tech development environment for foreign clients
- A proven track record of successfully implementing software or web development projects using Agile methodologies
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as knowledge of Agile project management principles and practices,
- English oral and written communications skills (B2)
- Ability to blend Agile project management principles and practices in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment
- Experience in managing multiple projects at the same time
- Very effective interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence
- Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the “big picture” view

- 14,000 - to sky is the limit ;) PLN net/B2B contract
