Develocraft is are looking for an Administration Specialist. We are looking for a person who will look after us in administrative areas 😉


Responsibilities:

  • Monthly cyclical invoicing for Develocraft customers
  • Settlement of employees' working time
  • Keeping and archiving Develocraft documentation
  • Coordination of document flow and cooperation with other company departments
  • Checking consultants’ invoices
  • Supporting month-end close activities
  • Preparing agreements (UOP, B2B)
  • On-boarding new consultants
  • Administrative and logistic support of Develocraft
  • Preparation and implementation of purchases of materials and services ensuring the functioning of the office
  • Control and inventory of office equipment

Qualifications:

  • Min. 1 year of work experience in the area of payroll/finance/accounting (necessary condition)
  • Very good knowledge of English (both spoken and written)
  • Fluency in operating MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • High personal culture and communication skills
  • Very good work organization and regularity
  • Meticulousness and diligence

Salary:

  • 3,400 - 4,500 PLN
